From a simple advert in a local newspaper saying ‘Can’t Sing Won’t Sing?’, the Garage Gospel Choir Workshop is an amazing experience.
Led by songwriter/record producer Nigel Ipinson-Fleming (Stone Roses, OMD), this fortnightly workshop uses gospel, pop and inspirational music to boost confidence, inspire and encourage achievement.
Everyone regardless of ability gets the opportunity to face a new challenge, so come along.
The choir meets fortnightly in the main hall at BCLC from 11am to 1pm.

September: 16th and 30th
October: 14th and 28th

Our life groups are the ideal opportunity connect with likeminded people, build long lasting friendships and grow spiritually. Although the life groups meet in various locations, we are more interested in you connecting with people that you share a bond with.
Mark and Lorraine Heydon-Porthcawl.
Affectionately known to us as 007, Mark works for local government, has served BCLC for a number of years, and Lorraine has done so too, in everything from our cafe to the choir. Both keen cyclists, they recently completed Velathon Wales, are extremely generous and are passionate about loving God and Loving People. They will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Debbie and Glyn Udraufski – Bridgend.
Both extremely down to earth people, Debbie and Glyn are a hardworking committed family unit, who are fun loving and care deeply about your personal journey.
As as a working professional, Debbie is used to dealing with people, is a team player, and has a real interested in seeing everyone become their best self.
Glyn is an avid Liverpool supporter and has played an active part in developing ‘Heroes’, our men’s fellowship. Both Debbie and Glyn will be happy to welcome you.
Gail Thomas –Cefn.
Gail Thomas is the matriarch of our church. It is very rare that you will see someone dedicate the whole of their life to the service of God and family, and BCLC is blessed to have such foundations in our midst.
With over 60 years dedication to BCLC, Gail’s father was a former pastor of BCLC.
Her husband Mal was a true giant of the faith who’s visionary idea to have a multi purpose facility to serve our community, is the reality we now live in.
Gail is also our treasurer and has a pastoral heart.
